Pumpkin Spice Superfoods Smoothie

This smoothie is one of my new favourites. It’s creamy, sweet, filling, healthy and.. well what else would you want?! 😉

For one big glass you need:

  • 200 ml / 1 cup cold (nut)milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful chopped pumpkin
  • 1 ts pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 ts cinnamon powder
  • 1 handful superfoods (mix)
  • 1 tbs bee pollen

Mix all the ingredients (but keep the bee pollen aside) in your blender until smooth. Add the bee pollen and enjoy your detox lunch or breakfast smoothie!
